Sarah was born and raised on Long Island and found herself following the life of a performer from a young age after being completely and totally entranced by The New York City Ballet's Nutcracker.
After training at the American Theater Dance Workshop directed by Jerome and Michelle Vivona, Sarah went on to graduate magna cum laude from Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA in Dance. Sarah then danced professionally with the New York City Opera, Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre, Dance Iquail, and The Peggy Spina Tap Company.
After some time in the contemporary dance scene, she realized her heart was yearning for Musical Theatre, and so the transition began. Richard Stafford gifted Sarah with her first professional musical and since then she has been seen performing across the country in Saturday Night Fever, Memphis, and Chicago. She has been titled with Associate Choreographer, Dance Captain, Ensemble, and Swing.
Sarah has also spent time in New York working on Broadway Bares with Nick Kenkel, Only Gold with Andy Blankenbuehler, and MASQ with Jim Cooney and Kimberly Schafer.
When Sarah isn't performing she truly enjoys pushing herself outside of her comfort zone and trying new things. Fun fact! She lived in an RV for 2 years that she completely gutted and renovated to enjoy the perks of tiny living.
